Dear Lorenzo ISD Community,
The Faculty, Staff, and Administration of Lorenzo ISD are ready for the great opportunity the return of our students ignites. As we prepare to begin the 2024-2025 school year, we are reminded of the power of new beginnings. Each new school year offers us a fresh start, an opportunity to set new goals, and a change to embrace new challenges. It's a time when we can look forward with hope and enthusiasm, knowing that we have the power to shape the future for our students and ourselves. We have prepared well and are looking forward to a great year!
This year, our challenge to every staff member and to every student is to Choose to Matter. Choose to matter to someone else. Choose to be a difference maker. Choose to make the most of every opportunity to learn and grow. Choose to be a positive part of our school and our community.
At Lorenzo ISD, our mission is to develop, nurture, and inspire our students and each other, every day. Every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every one of us will be challenged to focus on our mission and to be the best version of ourselves.
The Lorenzo ISD Team pledges to give our all this year because our children deserve our best so they can lead successful lives. We understand that education is the key we offer! Our students, parents, and the community are counting on us.
We will strive for excellence, and we will stay focused on our vision. We will reevaluate and make adjustments when we are not successful. We understand that leadership matters so we will lead affirmatively. We will support our fellow employees when they need assistance in achieving their goals. Finally, we will work every day to self- assess, and we will work to improve any areas where we fall short.
