Anonymous Reporting
Lorenzo ISD is committed to ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every student. In compliance with Texas Senate Bill 12, we have established an Anonymous Reporting program that allows students, parents, and community members to share concerns confidentially.
We encourage students to first reach out directly to a trusted adult such as a teacher, counselor, coach, or school administrator. However, we understand that some may feel hesitant due to fear of retaliation, embarrassment, or uncertainty about what to say.
The Anonymous Reporting program provides a secure way to report issues such as bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, intimidation, threats, or any other safety concern—without having to give your name. The goal is to engage students in a dialogue so concerns can be addressed and a resolution process can begin.
Reports may be submitted in two ways:
· Online: CLICK HERE TO REPORT
· By Phone: Call 806-634-5591, extension 221
Students are encouraged to use all services offered by Lorenzo ISD to help resolve issues they may face. Our goal is to ensure that every student feels comfortable coming forward, either face-to-face or anonymously. We are here to help, but we can only do so if we are aware of the concern.
Students, parents, community members, and staff members are also welcome to report any issues that may affect the health, safety, or well-being of our students. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact the school office.
Regards,

Dr. Gregory Nelson, Superintendent
